The operation of EL.E.S.P. is organised on the basis of a clear statute, transparent procedures and elected administrative bodies.

EL.E.S.P. cooperates on a case-by-case basis with universities, research centres, educational institutions and social organisations to organise conferences, educational activities and scientific events. Collaborations and sponsorships are detailed in the pages of each action.

Donor Programs committees, and as a Vice president, membership from 2001 to 2005. Aclimandos was elected President of AmCham Egypt in 2013 and served for two coherent terms till 2017.
